For many years, the success rate of our company has consistently been 99%*. In 2011 we processed 197 files and were successful in having all 197 files approved for our clients.
This is not an easy task. How did we achieve this??
Our Mission Statement is:

We have wonderful staff in our Administrative Department and we hire and train Independent Contractors who express an interest in joining our company to become Disability Tax Credit (DTC) Specialists.
They study our Copyrighted Policy and Procedure Manual, complete 14 assignments, become seminar ready and have a minimum 80% passing grade on a written exam before they interview any clients.
We ensure our DTC Specialists have a clear understanding of how to get it right the first time and an even greater understanding of what it takes to become an advocate between our clients, their medical practitioners, and the Canada Revenue Agency.
We have been successful in having clients approved who were previously denied their Disability Tax Credits.
We are a growing company and have achieved milestones since 2011.
We now have a Team Leader for Vancouver Island who has DTC Specialists that report to him and the CEO of the company.
We expect to have another three Team Leaders that service the Lower Mainland and Mainland of BC in 2013.
Our DTC Specialist in the Kootenay and Okanagan Regions has worked closely with the BCTF in a relative field for a number of years, and his skills were easily transferrable to the needs of our company. We welcomed our DTC Specialist in the Thompson/Cariboo and Northern BC Regions who thinks totally outside of the box, and her background is working with mentally challenged children and youth in her community. Our DTC Specialist in the Greater Vancouver, Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley Regions is a member of the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce and a ‘stickler’ for detail. He has an excellent background working with individuals and support groups for clients with physical and mental challenges. We appreciate all his wonderful skills. We are Legion Members and Member Benefits Partners with the Royal Canadian Legion, BC/Yukon Command.
Our Head Office in Victoria is a member of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce and we were winners of the Small Business of the Year Award in 2011.
We were finalists for the BBB of Victoria’s Torch Awards in 2011 and we are a Charter Member of the CPCA (Certified Professional Consultants for Ageing).
